It would be best to prioritize your physical well-being when caring for yourself during your menstrual cycle. 

As a woman, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage menstrual symptoms and maintain a routine. 

That's why I've compiled some physical self-care tips that have helped me manage my menstrual symptoms better.

Rest And Relaxation

Getting enough rest is crucial during menstruation. 

I prioritize my sleep by setting a consistent schedule, avoiding caffeine and electronics before bedtime, and creating a relaxing sleep environment. 

Napping or taking short breaks during the day can also be helpful.

I make sure to stick to a consistent sleep schedule, avoid drinking caffeine and using electronics before bedtime, and create a cozy and calming sleep environment.
