It was also one of the golden rules in health in self-care.

It’s about staying slim, keeping your heart healthy, building strong muscles, and staying flexible. 

I love working out because it makes me feel like I’ve achieved something extraordinary and boosts my energy. 

You gotta find an activity you enjoy, whether taking a brisk walk, doing yoga, or hitting the gym.

The key is to have fun and make it a regular part of your life without stressing about perfection or following some strict routine.

I’ve seen a significant change in how I feel when I focus on eating wholesome stuff.

Let me share a personal example with you. I mix it with many fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins. 

I cook at home as much as I can because that way, I’m in control of what goes into my food, and 

I can make sure it’s healthy and nourishing. 

Oh, and remember to stay hydrated! 

I always have a trusty reusable water bottle to remind me to drink water regularly and avoid drying up.

This can entail rehearsing, taking a warm bath, reading a book, or a few minutes of deep breathing or meditation.
