I don't usually like to take online courses or challenges, but the format of Alison's project was really fun to digest.

Most of the stuff I see out there about self care doesn't tell you WHY you're doing what you're doing. I loved that Alison talked about balance. I could go through the lessons however I wanted to and would still gain benefits.
