I decided to act alone and went on this journey to find ways to kick stress and anxiety to the curb. 

And let me tell you, I stumbled upon some seriously excellent techniques that have worked wonders for me. 

And today, my friend, I will share those precious insights with you.

Now, here’s the thing: we’re all different. 

What floats my boat might not float yours, and that’s ok.

Physical Activities

Engaging in physical activities can work wonders for your body and mind when relieving stress and anxiety. 

Incorporating regular exercise into my routine has profoundly impacted my overall well-being. 

Endorphins, naturally uplifting chemicals released after exercise, also help reduce stress hormones in the body.

I made the decision to include yoga in my schedule.

In my bullet journal self-care, I have created a dedicated page to track my yoga sessions and jot down any reflections or insights that arise during my practice.
